Job summary

Crest Hotels Group seeks a skilled Painter & Decorator for our historic hotel in Llandrindod Wells. You will maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring a welcoming and well-presented environment for all guests.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will apply painting techniques, wallpaper, and decorative finishes while upholding health & safety standards and delivering quality service with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a painter & decorator in hospitality or commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, wallpaper application and surface preparation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and high standards of craftsmanship.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Paint, wallpaper, and decorative maintenance across guest rooms and public areas.
• Maintain a high standard of presentation and ambiance for guests.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Manager and team to ensure hotel appearance.
