Job Description:

We are recruiting for experienced Hospitality Managers and Supervisors for our football stadiums in Birmingham. Do you have a passion for delivering excellent leadership? For creating exceptional experiences for guests? Then we need you!

Location: Birmingham City FC and Aston Villa FC

Pay Rates: Starting from £14.50 and can go up to £19.20 depending on your experience, the suite you work in and position.

Availability: You must commit to at least 90% of home fixtures. While match days tend to fall on weekends, we do have midweek fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Overseeing and managing the hospitality rooms and pass areas on match days.
  2. Ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high levels of customer service.
  3. Leading and managing a team to ensure smooth operations in hospitality areas.
  4. Handling guest concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Maintaining high standards of organisation and service delivery.
Requirements:
  1. Proven hospitality experience for a minimum of one year within a stadium setting.
  2. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  3. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure setting.
