We currently have an opportunity for casual Hospitality Managers to join our amazing team at Emirates Old Trafford. This is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. Emirates Old Trafford, home of Lancashire Cricket, is an award-winning world-class stadium and venue. It is recognised as one of the UK’s most prestigious venues for sport, business, leisure and entertainment with a capacity of up to 50,000 people for concerts; 26,000 for international cricket matches; meetings and events spaces for up to 2,000 delegates; a four-star hotel with 250 rooms; and an on-site Caffè Nero.

Role Responsibility

Job responsibilities

  • Overseeing efficient customer service across the allocated area of Emirates Old Trafford alongside the Ops Manager and Catering Manager.
  • Lead, engage, motivate and train to create a high level of performance within Emirates Old Trafford.
  • Assist the Ops Manager and Catering Manager in ensuring that all requirements for each event are met to ensure the smooth running of all events.
  • Ensure that all areas are set and prepared to meet with relevant requirements.
  • Oversee and support all operations.
  • Ensure adherence to company uniform standards across all areas.
  • Ensure that all areas open are effectively closed and left clean & tidy.
  • Ensure that casual employees are thoroughly briefed of expectations.

Package Description
