Location: Womble Bond Dickinson, London

Salary: £45,000 per annum + performance related bonus

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, flexible working hours

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and lead the butler and two Front of House team members, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering high-quality service.
  2. Work closely with the chef to ensure that all food offerings, from sandwich lunches to fine dining, are of the highest standard and meet client expectations.
  3. Oversee the planning and execution of all events and hospitality services, ensuring they are delivered seamlessly and to the client's satisfaction.
  4. Supervise the preparation and service of sandwich lunches (up to 100 covers) and fine dining (up to 15 covers) per day, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  5. Manage the operations of three conference rooms, ensuring they are set up appropriately for each event and that all client needs are met during their meetings.

Previous experience within B&I is desirable.
