A leading luxury elderly care provider in Chertsey is seeking a Hospitality Manager to oversee non-clinical areas like food services and housekeeping. The role demands proven management experience, knowledge of hospitality standards, and a drive to deliver excellent customer service. The successful candidate will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure a customer-centric experience in the care home environment. Shifts are Monday to Friday with occasional weekend duties.
The Hospitality Manager role at Avery Healthcare is responsible for overseeing and effectively managing all non-clinical and care-related areas of the home, including food and beverage services, housekeeping, activities/events, and reception. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a management/supervisory role, with one to two years' experience in a similar role and knowledge of the hotel and care industry standards, policies, and procedures.
As the Hospitality Manager, your focus will be on delivering a customer-centric experience at Avery while ensuring that residents' needs are fully integrated and supported. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics throughout the home environment, including the garden and outdoor areas, and for following the Standard Operating Procedures to consistently deliver Avery's brand standards throughout the home. You will also need to ensure that all work is planned, prioritised, and delegated effectively to accommodate the resource and skill base of the team.

Working Details:
Shift Details: 09-17, 50 hours per week. The role requires working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend duties as a duty manager or on call. A DBS Disclosure check is required, and proof of eligibility to work in the UK is necessary.
