Overview
We're looking for a professional and self-motivated hospitality manager to independently run day-to-day hospitality operations at a prestigious corporate site near St Paul's. This is a solo role requiring excellent time management, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to both service and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage all hospitality services across 2 floors and 6 meeting rooms
- Deliver high‑quality front‑of‑house service, acting as the main point of contact for guests and clients
- Plate, set up, and serve buffet‑style breakfasts, lunches, and refreshments
- Prepare meeting rooms ahead of bookings, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and professionally presented
- Liaise with catering providers to coordinate deliveries and service times
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all hospitality areas throughout the day
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar front‑of‑house or hospitality role, ideally in a corporate or high‑end environment
- Confident working independently and managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Immaculate presentation and a proactive, can‑do attitude
- Comfortable with early starts and food service duties
