Overview

We're looking for a professional and self-motivated hospitality manager to independently run day-to-day hospitality operations at a prestigious corporate site near St Paul's. This is a solo role requiring excellent time management, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to both service and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Independently manage all hospitality services across 2 floors and 6 meeting rooms
  • Deliver high‑quality front‑of‑house service, acting as the main point of contact for guests and clients
  • Plate, set up, and serve buffet‑style breakfasts, lunches, and refreshments
  • Prepare meeting rooms ahead of bookings, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and professionally presented
  • Liaise with catering providers to coordinate deliveries and service times
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all hospitality areas throughout the day
Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar front‑of‑house or hospitality role, ideally in a corporate or high‑end environment
  • Confident working independently and managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Immaculate presentation and a proactive, can‑do attitude
  • Comfortable with early starts and food service duties
