We are now seeking a passionate and experienced Hospitality Manager to lead the delivery of first-class hospitality at St. Andrew's Stadium. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing high-profile events, and is committed to providing an outstanding guest experience.
Role Purpose
As Hospitality Manager, you will take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering hospitality services across matchdays and non-matchday events. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure premium food and beverage standards, and play a key role in creating memorable experiences for all guests. Your ability to lead from the front, uphold Levy standards, and enhance client satisfaction will be critical to the success of this role.
