Plane Tree Court Care Home is seeking a Head of Hospitality to lead the housekeeping team and ensure hotel-standard presentation across the home. The role focuses on presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to infection control, COSHH, and inventory practices, with monthly audits and timely reporting to the Home Manager.

The post requires strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high care standards in a patient-centered environment.

Formación

• Proven experience leading a housekeeping or hospitality team in a care home, hotel, or similar setting.

Responsabilidades

• Set and maintain luxury, hotel-standard presentation across bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
• Oversee daily/weekly/monthly cleaning schedules and infection control procedures to meet COSHH standards.
• Train and manage housekeeping staff, ensuring compliance with safety, PPE, and storage requirements.
• Maintain linen handling, inventory, and par-level stocks; conduct regular audits and report findings to the Home Manager.
• Conduct monthly audits of furniture and equipment; submit reports and update live inventory accordingly.
