More about the role:

  • Organise and manage recipe specifications for the Suites Kitchens in Level 2 & 3, with a passion for food and guest satisfaction
  • Assist in the development of the department and kitchen staff
  • Manage the Suites and DOE kitchen to ensure quality service and efficiency
  • Monitor and manage gross profit (GP)
  • Ensure menu development is sustainable and seasonal
  • Monitor labour turnover and recruit team members
  • Create and utilize succession plans
  • Implement event-specific activation strategies with GP/SKY
