Hospitality Head Chef - The O2 Arena
£55,000 per annum + benefits including healthcare, meals on duty, life assurance, and more.

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Head Chef to lead culinary operations at The O2 Arena. You will be responsible for organising and managing recipe specifications for multiple kitchens in this world-class live concert venue. We seek a Head Chef with a passion for food and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Hospitality Head Chef - The Role
  • Assist in running and developing a talented kitchen team
  • Manage the Suites and DOE kitchen efficiently, ensuring quality service
  • Monitor and manage GP
  • Develop and plan sustainable, seasonal menus
  • Inspire, mentor, and recruit team members
  • Create and implement audience-specific activation for each event with GP/SKY
