The Team & Focus of the Role

We’re on the lookout for a new Hospitality & Events Assistant based at our Estates Office in Ashby de la Zouch. This role is crucial to the business to ensure a smooth experience for all our clients and internal colleagues visiting our Ashby offices. If you enjoy providing first-class client service, have a high attention to detail, and thrive in adaptable environments, we’d love to hear from you.

Duties will include:

  1. Setting up meeting rooms for external & internal events
  2. Arranging catering for meetings/events as required
  3. Ensuring rooms and external meeting spaces are presentable and equipped
  4. Ordering and maintaining refreshment supplies for colleagues at both Ashby sites
  5. Liaising with third parties for supplies and organizing out-of-office meetings
  6. Assisting on reception to cover lunch periods and holidays
  7. Processing supplier invoices for payment

The successful candidate will have...

  • Previous hospitality or events experience within a professional services environment (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Resilience and adaptability in pressured situations
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office packages
  • Own transport is beneficial as the role is split across two Ashby sites
