This role sits within our Business & Industrydivision ,catering for customers and those within the workplace. Taking care of catering and dining services, we're one of the industry's largest and most innovative contract caterers. With menus available to pre-order and with in-app payment, Elior B&I have matched the tastes and dietary requirements of our four million daily customers with 21st-century tech.

What you'll be doing...

Responsibilities:

  • Responding appropriately to incoming enquiries via phone and email and chasing to a conclusion
  • Conducting site show rounds
  • Liaise with external suppliers, prepare quotes, contracts and event proposals for events of all types, including internal and external
  • Produce event detailed planners (including catering, cost, invoicing details, itinerary, room set up, entertainment, AV etc.)
  • Conducting menu tasting while planning the event with the client
  • Actively identify marketing and promotion opportunities
  • Develop events from proposal right up to delivery, including set, communicate and maintain project timelines and priorities
  • High end Hospitality experience preferrable
  • Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (07:30 to 15:30)
