About the Role
As an End Point Assessor, you will play a vital role in the final stages of an apprentice's journey. You will be responsible for conducting fair, independent, and consistent assessments in line with apprenticeship standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Planning, carrying out, and reporting on End Point Assessments for hospitality apprentices.
- Making independent grading decisions based on the apprenticeship standard criteria.
- Communicating effectively with apprentices and their employers to ensure a smooth assessment process.
- Maintaining sector knowledge and keeping up with changes in standards or practices.
- Managing your own workload and administration, with support from a wider team.

What We're Looking For
- Strong background in front-of-house hospitality, including reception, housekeeping, conferences and events, or front office.
- Supervisory or management-level experience within hospitality (Level 3 or above).
- A recognised Assessor qualification (or willingness to obtain one).
- A passion for hospitality and talent development.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Confidence using basic IT systems (training will be provided for EPA-specific platforms).
