KM Recruitment - Hospitality End Point Assessor (Front of House - Hotel)

Location: Home/Field based - Candidates must be flexible with travel

Salary: £27,300 - £32,800 (Inclusive of location uplift depending on postcode, skills, and experience)

Essential Criteria:
  • Occupational competency within Hospitality (Front of House) in a hotel setting at supervisory level or above.
  • IT literate – training provided on company systems.
  • Full, clean driving license and own vehicle.
  • Flexibility with travel.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct End Point Assessments (EPA) for apprentices completing Hospitality Standards up to Level 3, including face-to-face and electronic activities.
  • Schedule, mark, grade, and plan EPA activities with candidates and employers.
  • Complete administration tasks, ensuring timely data processing and submission.
  • Maintain knowledge of EPA procedures, vocational area, Apprenticeship Standards, and CPD evidence.
  • Participate in standardisation and training activities.
  • Assist apprentices, employers, and delivery teams with queries promptly.
