Hospitality Coach

Position: Permanent, home-based with travel to Plymouth and Tavistock, Devon (mileage paid)

We are seeking a Trainer, Assessor, or Coach in Hospitality, or someone with solid managerial experience in the hospitality industry. The company offers development pathways to become a coach.

You will work with learners at their workplaces, primarily for some of the UK’s most renowned industry brands.

Your responsibilities include coaching learners on the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to meet their apprenticeship standards, providing support, guidance, and motivation to help them achieve career-building qualifications, and maintaining records of learner progress, goal setting, and achievements via the learner platform.

Essential Requirements
  • Experience in both front of house and back of house roles
  • Supervisory or management experience in a food and beverage environment
  • Must own and drive a car
Beneficial but Not Essential
  • NVQ Level 3 in Senior Production Chef, Hospitality Supervision, or BTEC Level 3 Hospitality Management
  • Previous experience delivering sector-specific training
  • Experience working with or alongside apprentices
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary up to £30,000 per annum
