Job summary

A leading training provider seeks a Hospitality Coach to guide learners in achieving their apprenticeship standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in supervisory roles within the hospitality sector and must be a car owner. Qualifications

Home based with travel to see learners as needed in Plymouth and Tavistock, Devon (mileage paid).

Job role

We are seeking a Trainer, Assessor, or Coach in Hospitality, or someone with solid managerial experience in the hospitality industry. The company offers development opportunities to become a coach.

You will work with learners at their workplace, primarily for some of the UK’s most well-known hospitality brands.

Your role will involve coaching learners on the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed to achieve their apprenticeship standards, providing support, guidance, and motivation to help them attain career-building qualifications.

You will also keep records of learner progress, goal setting, and achievements through the learner platform.

Essential requirements for the role

  • Experience in both front of house and back of house roles
  • Supervisory or management experience within a food and beverage environment

Must be a car owner/driver

Beneficial but not essential

  • NVQ Level 3 in Senior Production Chef, Hospitality Supervision, or a BTEC Level 3 in Hospitality Management
  • Previous experience delivering training in the hospitality sector
  • Experience working with or alongside apprentices in your current or previous roles
