Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UK’s best-loved names in hospitality, you’ll deliver the apprenticeship standard. That includes providing support, guidance, and motivation to help them obtain career-building qualifications. You’ll also assist them in achieving transferable skills (in Maths and English) if needed, while managing your own admin tasks.

It’s also rewarding to know you’re playing your part in rebuilding a sector impacted by Brexit and Covid – and you can enjoy a better work-life balance with no late finishes or weekend work!

As industry champions, we’ve established the Loving Hospitality initiative and operate our Chef Academy, an advanced Apprenticeship programme to support retention.

What will you bring to the role?

Along with recent professional experience gained at Supervisor or Management level in a hospitality setting, both front and back of house, you’ll already have:

• NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality
• Extensive, relevant vocational experience in food & beverage, food production, and beverage service
• Experience working in high-demand environments, meeting targets and tight deadlines
• Strong communication and self-motivation skills
• GCSEs in English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent)
• Experience working autonomously

Any of the following would be an advantage but are not essential:

• NVQ level 3 in senior production chef or hospitality supervision
• BTEC level 3 in hospitality management
• Experience operating within WBL/education environments
