Job Description:

Role Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries and ensure the booking process is concise and well managed with a focus on elevating the customer experience.
• Arrange catering to be delivered to the meeting room and event spaces on time, keeping a detailed log of all booking enquiries and feedback to create a weekly report.
• Assist customers with connecting to AV equipment and be available to resolve any issues.
• Welcome guests into the Club and give tours as needed.

The ideal candidate has hospitality/restaurant experience, as the role involves manual and food handling. Someone who can work proactively in a small team, is very organized, and proactive will fit the team perfectly.

This role requires working in the office at Paddington and Liverpool Street as needed.
