Contract: Bank (as and when required)

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a warm and welcoming environment? We’re looking for flexible, enthusiastic individuals to join our hospitality team as Bank Workers, supporting our restaurant and bar services across our retirement living and care settings.

️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Taking and serving food and drink orders efficiently and accurately
• Supporting bar service, including preparing and serving drinks
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean and inviting space
• Handling payments and restocking supplies
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations
• Creating a positive dining and social experience for our customers

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, café, or similar customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of food hygiene and allergen awareness
• A positive, proactive attitude and a team player mindset
• Experience working with older people is desirable but not essential
