We're currently recruiting a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to help ensure the smooth running of operations at Restaurant Associates on a zero-hours contract.

Shift patterns: Variable shifts

Key responsibilities:

1. Welcoming guests
2. Taking orders and providing recommendations
3. Ensuring customer satisfaction
4. Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
5. Preparing and serving food and drinks efficiently
6. Handling cash and credit transactions accurately
7. Managing tabs and record-keeping
8. Maintaining a clean and stocked bar area
9. Cleaning glasses and restocking supplies
10. Managing inventory and checking IDs for age verification
11. Assisting with other bar duties and potentially serving food

Ideal candidate qualities:

• Excellent customer interaction and inquiry resolution skills
• Knowledge of drinks recipes and preparation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills
• Experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Understanding of food safety and safety protocols
