Job Description:

We're on the look out for an enthusiastic and friendly junior Waiter (Hospitality Assistant) to join our award-winning team at Dormy House Hotel, one of the Cotswolds' most well known boutique luxury hotels. You'll have the opportunity to work within our beautiful restaurant The Back Garden, chef's tasting table "MO" as well as within our beautiful spa and bar areas. As you do you'll work alongside and learn from some of the best in the business!

You'll be part of our team looking after guests' needs including preparing and serving hot drinks, taking food to the tables, polishing glassware and cutlery, organising our "behind the scenes" areas and keeping them in great condition, and supporting our senior waiters.

Some waiting experience is preferred but not necessary - more important to us is a friendly, hard working and enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn.

To be successful, you will genuinely love looking after guests, be a supportive team player, positive and friendly, and love working with excellent food and drinks. You'd be joining a highly motivated, welcoming and well nurtured team who are truly passionate about giving our guests an amazing experience!

We currently have a full time (40 hours over 5 days) and part time position (24 hours per week) vacancy starting in September, 2025.

We offer £12.60 per hour. - you'll also receive a share of service charge, meals on duty and uniform.
