Job summary

Bupa is seeking a part-time dining assistant at our care home in Leominster to provide excellent customer service to residents and support high standards in dining areas. You will serve meals, ensure presentation is top quality, and help with refreshments for residents and visitors.

A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and experience in customer-facing roles are preferred. The role emphasizes team collaboration, maintaining a welcoming environment, and delivering a home-from-home dining experience

Experience in a customer facing environment with a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, you want to deliver an excellent service to make our residents feel at home. You'll understand the importance of maintaining high standards in and around the home, ensuring our residents enjoy a pleasant dining experience. Comfortable communicating with others - nothing is too much trouble, you're always happy to help the wider team, cherishing the little moments with our residents.
