Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle Ltd is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to deliver restaurant quality service to residents. You will welcome residents, explain menu choices clearly, serve meals and keep the dining areas pristine.

You may support dining across other areas and events as required by the home. You will handle complaints politely, ensuring residents feel heard and that issues are escalated to a supervisor quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy restaurant is an advantage.
• You should be kind, compassionate, proactive, organised and honest.

Responsibilities

• Serve food from the kitchen and keep the dining room spotless.
• Support dining operations in other areas (Private dining room, Café, Sky Lounge Bistro or events).
• Handle complaints calmly and inform the supervisor promptly.
