Our client, a highly respected and well-established law firm, is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join their dynamic in-house team. This is a 6 month FTC and you must be immediately available to be considered. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a hospitality background who is professional, client focused, and thrives in a busy team oriented environment.

Duties will include:

  • Prepare and serve refreshments for client and internal meetings
  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up according to client requirements
  • Clear and reset rooms promptly between meetings
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all meeting spaces
  • Restock crockery, glassware, and office supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with reception and facilities teams to communicate delays or issues with room setups
  • Deliver milk to each floor every morning
  • Replenish tea, coffee, and sugar supplies across all floors
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate team
  • Assist with event preparation and support
