Job Description

Your key responsibilities as the Front of House Assistant will consist of:

  • Maintain our high standards of service, production, presentation, and cleanliness.
  • Assist in organising, delivering, executing, and following up on service, liaising with clients to meet specifications.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations, including health and safety, hygiene, and fire safety.
  • Ensure that front of house staff are clear on their duties through schedules and team meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedural requirements of legislation and company standards to promote a professional and forward-looking approach.
Working Pattern

Any 5 out of 7 days.

Skills and Experience

The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Front of House Assistant include:

  • Genuine interest in customer service excellence.
