Job description

We are looking for a Hospitality Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Eurest on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week. You will join a team that takes pride in their work—pride in our food, our brand, and most importantly, our people.

As a Hospitality Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Greeting and looking after our guests to ensure they leave satisfied
2. Serving customers with a seamless and personalized experience
3. Being knowledgeable about the menu and making recommendations
4. Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
5. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
6. Adhering to Health & Safety regulations
7. Delivering outstanding service with a friendly attitude
8. Taking initiative and making appropriate decisions for customers
9. Being an effective team player with strong communication skills
10. Having a desire to succeed and grow in your role
11. Working well under pressure
