The FA is excited to be searching for a Hospitality & Protocol Coordinator to join the team on a 6-month contract. You will support The FA hospitality and protocol team in operational delivery for all FA events and provide administrative and operational support.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide administrative and operational support for all FA events, ensuring standards are met.
  • Issue invitations, maintain guest lists, and coordinate event day operations, including ticketing, staffing, and parking.
  • Order gifts and collateral, monitor inventory.
  • Oversee preparation of event materials, liaising with the FA Events team.
  • Lead planning for U21 fixtures on the road.
  • Support the FA Hospitality & Protocol Manager during major tournaments, including logistics for England teams at EUROs or World Cups.
  • Lead planning for FA partner hospitality at Wembley and away games.
  • Raise invoice requests and purchase orders, liaise with suppliers and contractors.
  • Arrange meetings, take minutes, and distribute as needed.
  • Undertake administrative duties as directed.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and other tasks as required.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and well-being policies.
  • Complete a DBS check as part of our commitment to a safe environment.

What are we looking for?

Essential:

  • Experience in administration and coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in hospitality or client-facing roles.
  • Professional and discreet demeanor.

Beneficial:

  • Understanding of Proactis.
  • Experience in sports events.
  • Experience working with VIPs.
