Barchester Healthcare is seeking a proactive and highly organised Hospitality and Marketing Executive to join their Central Marketing Team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to both the Hospitality and Marketing functions, with a focus on coordinating events, managing communications, and assisting with various projects and campaigns.
The Hospitality and Marketing Executive will be responsible for coordinating weekly Zoom calls, managing calendar invitations for VIP events and Chef Academy workshops, supporting the creation and formatting of menus, newsletters, and presentation materials, taking accurate minutes during team meetings, assisting with placing orders for refurbished homes and liaising with external suppliers, managing accommodation bookings, compiling and uploading weekly reports, and supporting communication and logistics for events. They will also provide ad hoc support to the Brand Marketing Team, including proofreading, event coordination, and leave calendar management.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Hospitality and Marketing Executive to join our Central Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Head of Hospitality. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional support to both the Hospitality and Marketing functions.
Requirements:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Excellent attention to detail

Role and responsibilities:
Coordinate weekly Zoom calls and manage calendar invitations for VIP events and Chef Academy workshops
Support the creation and formatting of menus, newsletters, and presentation materials
Take accurate minutes during team meetings and ensure timely distribution
Assist with placing orders for refurbished homes and liaise effectively with external suppliers
Manage accommodation bookings for the team, ensuring smooth travel arrangements
Compile and upload weekly reports, including maintaining the central action plan
Assist the Hospitality Projects Manager with coordinating delivery of supplies, training schedules for new builds, and WOW launch communications
Support communication and logistics for events including chef competitions, Senior Head Chef Development days, and internal and partner-led training sessions.
Assist the PR Manager with tracking press coverage, maintaining media records, and supporting tools that promote local reputation across our homes
Provide ad hoc support to the Brand Marketing Team, including proofreading campaign materials, helping coordinate the annual awards event, and managing the team's leave calendar
Contribute to various projects, campaigns, initiatives, and events across the Customer Experience, Hospitality, and Marketing teams as needed
