What to expect:
- Full immersion from day one - youll spend 2-month rotations within all key front-facing areas of the business including hotels, restaurants and events as well as our members' club and co-working space.
- Customer-facing, hands-on work - think front desk service, restaurant shifts, bar support, event coordination, and more. Most of the scheme is rota-based, as is typical in the world of hospitality!
- Learning and development - while you work through your hands-on, in-venue rotations, youll also work on your graduate training plan. This will give training in core business functions - from operations, HR, and marketing to budgeting, forecasting, and team leadership
- Participation in our annual festival you will head away from Bristol to work on either the May or September version of our bi-annual festival, HowTheLightGetsIn in Hay-on-Wye (May) and London (September)
- Clear training structure with goals, reviews at the end of reach rotation, mentoring, and plenty of promotion opportunities - many senior people in our group were once on the graduate scheme!

Who we're looking for:
- A charismatic, confident and enthusiastic graduate who loves working with people
- Minimum 2:1 degree in any subject
- Someone happy to work shifts , including evenings and weekends - this is hospitality after all!
- An individual who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential
- A head for business and a strategic thinker
- A genuine interest in hospitality, events, and growing with an independent company
Where this could lead:
Many of our graduates go on to secure management roles within our hotels, restaurants, co-working space, events department or head office. Successful candidates will usually be contacted within a couple of weeks of applying. The first stage is to have a quick phone interview with a member of our HR team. Success at this stage would see you being invited to one of our Graduate recruitment days - these are held in Bristol monthly.
Please note also that we are very flexible with start dates but are actively looking for graduates who can start in September 2025 due to recent promotions off the scheme.
