Job description

Come and work the iconic Ebor Festival at YorkRacecourse! A Yorkshire Racing staple event, filled with 4 days of prestigious racing and incredible hospitality!

CGC Event Caterers are currently recruiting for Hospitality and Barstaff to work the Ebor Festival.As a member of our Food and Beverage team, you'll be stationed at one of our many hospitality areas from boxes to restaurants to public bars to VIP areas- we cover the lot!

Rates of pay are £12.21! This is a casual contract to work the 4 days of Ebor, however you will also have the opportunity to continue employment with us and work our other exciting events. Oftencatering for up to 40,000 racegoers on a race day and hosting wide variety of premier non race day events including exhibitions, conferences, banqueting, parties and weddings; there is plenty of work to go!

The Ebor festival takes place from Wednesday 20th August to Saturday 23rd August. In order to be successful in this role, you will preferably be able to work all 4 of these dates. You must also be able to attend a recruitment/induction day hosted at York Racecourse on the 13th August; this will include an assessment center in the morning, then a fully paid training induction in the afternoon.
