CGC Event Caterers are on the look out for both Hospitality and Bar staff to work at one our of most modern and electric venues, York LNER Community Stadium! This is a fun, vibrant flexible role with shifts to fit around the many other important things in life!

At the York LNER Stadium you will have the opportunity to provide the highest levels of service to fans attending games for the York Knights, York City, and other large and small events throughout the year. The stadium this summer are playing hosts for 2025Women's Rugby World Cup!We are looking for Hospitality and Barstaff to help deliver the CGC Standard of Excellence to all our guests we have on site during the Women's RugbyWorld Cup and numerous other match days,conferences and events including our private boxes and lounges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serving food and drinks to all guests in assigned areas

  • Cleaning and clearing down areas ahead of the next event

Person Specification

  • Previous bar or hospitality experience is desirable
  • Preference to work the majority of the RWC fixtures this August/September
  • Must be able to commute to the venue during unsociable hours
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a great eye for detail
  • Engaging, enthusiastic and punctual

Recruitment Process Outlined:

You must be able to attend an induction held at the stadium on the 18th July 2025 where full training will be provided.
