Vacancy Salary: Circa £12.21 per hour + excellent benefits

Vacancy Location: Dale, Pembrokeshire, South Wales

  • Permanent seasonal contract – average 20 hours per week from March to October each year
  • Enjoy flexibility to pursue other interests over winter, knowing you have a job to return to
  • Seasonal salary is approximately £8,547 (full-time equivalent approximately £23,810 per annum), which is about £12.21 per hour

What you’ll be doing

As a Seasonal Hospitality & Catering Assistant, your duties will be varied, supporting a busy education centre. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and serving breakfasts, lunches, and dinners
  • Setting up tables and preparing the dining area for meals
  • Serving food with a smile
  • Making sandwiches and packing lunches for guests
  • Receiving and storing deliveries
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, pantry, and dining areas

Where you’ll be based

Our Dale Fort centre is located on cliffs within Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, offering stunning sea views.

Built in 1856, it has been a field centre since 1948, with classrooms, a wet lab, library, games room, sitting room, and bar.
