Bracknell Forest Council is seeking a Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care Hospital Team. You will support vulnerable residents using a strengths-based approach, placing the person at the centre of their care and working within a multidisciplinary environment.

The role offers flexible hours, a 37-hour week, hybrid working with time in our Time Square office, and a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be supported by ongoing training and supervision to achieve positive outcomes.

Competenze

• Qualified social worker with current registration.
• Experience in adult social care/hospital settings preferred.
• Commitment to person-centred, strengths-based practice.

• Manage a caseload, organising and prioritising the workload effectively, with regular supervision and guidance.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, connecting people and their families to their community and social networks enabling them to live within their own communities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure people have the right care, at the right time in the right place.
• Take a strengths-based approach to support people to live the best life they can and reduce dependence on long term care.
