NHFM is recruiting a security guard for Wansbeck General Hospital in Ashington. The role is part-time, offering 23.15 hours per week on a rota covering day and night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Applicants must be flexible and meet shift requirements to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in conflict resolution and physical intervention techniques.
• SIA qualification to be worked towards within 12 months of appointment.
• General education as a baseline requirement.

Responsabilités

• Provide a comprehensive security service to all wards and departments on site.
• Protect people and property and deter crime; manage car parks and safe access/egress.
• Operate on a rota with a mix of day and night shifts, including weekends/bank holidays.
