Qualifications

• Provide a professional service to patients, visitors and staff.
• Handle portering duties across the Trust.
• Maintain a helpful and courteous manner at all times.

Responsibilities

• Integral member of the Portering team performing portering duties.
• Attend the Helipad to assist the Major Trauma team with patient transfers.
• Move deceased patients from wards to mortuary or holding area and hand over case notes.
• Transport laboratory specimens and blood products between wards and departments.
