Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Porter/Housekeeper for 21 hours per week in its Hotel Services team at Roseberry Park Hospital. You will contribute to cleaning and catering services for offices, patients, and communal areas to maintain a clean and supportive environment.

The role requires passion for patient care, empathy, and flexibility to cover shifts, including early mornings.

Competenze

• NVQ Level 2 in Housekeeping or equivalent.
• Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 (to be completed within 12 months)
• Numeracy and Literacy to level 2 ITQ Level 2
• Experience in use of cleaning materials and equipment
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH

Mansioni

• Provide cleaning and catering services to office, patient and communal areas within the Trust.
• Work hours between 6.00am and 6.00pm; may include weekends and bank holidays.
• Interact compassionately with patients and carers at all times.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and promote a positive image of Hotel Services.
• Help maintain a clean, safe environment supporting patient recovery.
