Summary

Join our client’s dynamic Hospital Pharmacy Team at their acute hospital site in Oxford. As a Pharmacist, you’ll work closely with the Hospital Matron and the Group Pharmacy Lead, providing essential clinical care and advice to patients and healthcare teams across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality clinical care delivery.

Engage in patient care across Pre-assessment clinic, Outpatient Department, Ward, and Theatres.

Contribute to autonomous practice within a supportive team environment.

Requirements

Qualified Pharmacist with full GPhC registration.

Minimum 12 months of UK-based experience.

Ability to thrive under pressure and influence others professionally.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Prior hospital experience preferred but not essential.
