Are you a Band 6–8a Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in Hertfordshire?

We have an exciting opportunity with competitive pay and flexible hours! This role is suitable for Pharmacists with a community pharmacy background eager to work within the NHS.

Job Title: Pharmacist Band 6–8a

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm (1hr lunch); flexible start/finish times; minimum 4 days/week, ideally 5

Start Date: ASAP, May 2025

End Date: Ongoing

Rate of Pay: £24 - £37 per hour PAYE (via LMS), depending on experience and banding

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimize patient outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Current and valid GPhC registration
• Experience in hospital wards and/or dispensary preferred but not essential (NHS or strong community background with solid references)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Commitment to high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers flexibility, requiring availability from Monday to Friday (minimum 4 days). The contract is for at least 3 months with potential for extension based on performance.
