Qualifications
Time served apprenticeship in a Mechanical or Electrical biased discipline essential.
Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
Complete all work orders for planned maintenance and reactive response.
Provide routine and specialised engineering maintenance and support.
Offer training and mentoring to other Technicians or Engineering Assistants.
Ensure compliance with mandatory training.
Skills
Current Construction Safety Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card
Understanding of L8 Legionella ACOP
High level of organisation & time management skills
Sound fault‑finding techniques
Education
City & Guilds Part 3, ONC, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
