Qualifications

• Time served apprenticeship in a Mechanical or Electrical biased discipline essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Complete all work orders for planned maintenance and reactive response.
• Provide routine and specialised engineering maintenance and support.
• Offer training and mentoring to other Technicians or Engineering Assistants.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training.

Skills

Current Construction Safety Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card

Understanding of L8 Legionella ACOP

High level of organisation & time management skills

Sound fault‑finding techniques

Education

City & Guilds Part 3, ONC, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
