• Experience of working in an Acute Hospital environment.
• Ability to maintain and repair Estates plant and equipment.
• Willingness to undertake additional training in line with service needs.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance tasks.
• Carry out emergency light testing and minor plumbing repairs.
• Participate in training required for the role.

Skills

Basic Engineering / Building Maintenance

Knowledge of COSHH

Customer Care

Ability to use hand/power tools

Education

Good level of general education including English and Math

Basic Building / Engineering qualifications to NVQ level 2 or 3
