Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Chef in a quality-focused catering environment, healthcare preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, allergens and health and safety requirements.
• Ability to follow recipes, manage multiple tasks and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver nutritious, high-quality meals for patients, staff and visitors.
• Follow menus, recipes and dietary requirements to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and allergen controls; keep work areas clean and organized.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operation and service.
• Monitor food quality and presentation, raise issues promptly.
• Provide cover for colleagues and support special functions as needed.
