Job summary

Nuffield Health in Cardiff is seeking a Housekeeper for a permanent, part-time position at 30 hours per week. The role focuses on keeping hospitals clean, safe and pleasant for patients by performing a range of cleaning tasks, using the latest equipment with comprehensive training.

You will work with the infection prevention team and colleagues to ensure high standards of cleanliness and patient experience. Prior similar-role experience is ideal and good communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Ideally experienced in a similar role; be well organised and ensure cleaning processes are followed.
• Maintain a clean, pleasant and safe environment for patients.
• Able to work with infection prevention guidelines and teams.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients by organising work and planning time with housekeeping leads.
• Be friendly with good communication when interacting with patients and colleagues.
• Stay motivated, flexible and team oriented in daily duties.
