Job summary

Nuffield Health Cardiff and Vale Hospitals is seeking a Housekeeper / Domestic Assistant to join our bank on an Ad Hoc, part-time basis. You will help create a clean, safe and pleasant environment for patients, cleaning and preparing areas with modern equipment and a strong training plan.

You will join a team focused on patient experience, with holiday pay, pension and discounted gym membership as part of our benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar housekeeping role preferred.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Good communication and patient/friendly service with teams.

Responsibilities

• Care about patients and plan work with Heads of Housekeeping to avoid impacting patient experience.
• Be friendly with colleagues and patients, communicating clearly.
• Motivated, friendly and flexible.
• Follow cleaning processes to keep locations clean, pleasant and safe for patients.
• Work closely with Infection prevention team and report incidents.
