Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking diligent housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards across the hospital. You will perform floor cleaning, dusting, waste handling and assist with catering duties as required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of COSHH, BICs, colour coding and infection control (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks: vacuum/mop, dusting, and polishing of floors, fixtures and fittings.
• Handle waste segregation and collection; manage disposable bags and bins.
• Assist with catering duties and serving drinks to patients as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of patient areas, offices, nurses stations and patient rooms.
• Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Follow infection control procedures and report any issues to supervisors.
