Barts Health NHS Trust in east London is recruiting a Band 6 Children's Nurse to cover maternity leave for its hospital at home service. The role supports acutely unwell children in the community to avoid hospital admission and facilitates safe, timely discharge.

The Royal London Children's Hospital is looking to recruit or second a band 6 children's nurse to cover maternity leave to support delivery of the innovative and exciting hospital @ home service commissioned by Tower Hamlets CCG. The team visit acutely unwell children in the community to offer treatment preventing them from attending hospital and/or staying in longer than needed. The H@H team forms part of the Pan London H@H forum with its additional support and links that helps to provide a cohesive and high quality service to the children of Tower Hamlets.
The successful candidate will have excellent team working and decision making skills and put their patients first. We are looking for experienced and highly skilled children's nurses who can work autonomously to care for acutely unwell children at home. This role is subject to UK immigration requirements.
