Job summary

DBTH is seeking a Fire Safety Manager based at Doncaster Royal Infirmary to lead fire safety, risk assessment, and compliance across the Trust’s estate. The role reports to the Estates & Facilities leadership and requires expert guidance on HTM 05-01 and related standards.

The post holder will manage fire safety teams, deliver training, and ensure robust fire safety management for a large healthcare campus, with extensive partnership across clinical and support services.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing Fire Safety in large, complex premises.
• Ability to apply specialist knowledge in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of Fire Safety legislation and HTMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver all responsibilities of the Fire Safety Manager role.
• Provide expert leadership on fire safety, fire engineering and compliance across the Trust’s estate.
