Spire Healthcare Limited in Manchester invites applications for a Hospital Accountant to join the Finance team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work with the Finance Director and senior stakeholders to deliver accurate financial information, provide commercial insights and maintain robust controls.

You will build effective relationships with clinical teams and non‑finance managers, supporting budgeting, forecasting and month‑end activities while contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Broad management accounting experience including budgeting, forecasting and month‑end duties.
• Experience delivering high quality financial information and commercial insight.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Preparing group reports, forecasts and KPIs with commentary.
• Supporting development of the hospital’s annual business plan.
• Managing month-end close activities and accurate revenue/cost capture.
• Delivering financial reports within central timelines and communicating results to non-finance.
• Maintaining robust financial controls and liaising with clinical teams.
