Nuffield Health is recruiting a Bank Porter for Cheltenham Hospital to help keep our facilities running smoothly and provide a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff.

The role involves handling deliveries, assisting with medical gas cylinders, providing courier services, transporting equipment, and supporting clinical teams. Bank hours are ad-hoc with regular shifts up to 37.5 hours per week (0800–1600, Mon–Fri). Training and development opportunities are available.

Formación

• Experience in a similar role or the right aptitude.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work as part of a professional team.

Responsabilidades

• Receipt and handling of deliveries and storage of supplies.
• Support with medical gas cylinders in line with safety guidelines.
• Provide courier services for pathology samples and equipment transport.
• Assist with deliveries, waste removal, and maintaining clean storage areas.
• Support clinical staff and ensure health and safety in ward areas.
