• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all hospital areas following procedures.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly in line with health and safety guidelines.
• Work as part of a team or on own to deliver services as directed by policies and national standards.
• Demonstrate a friendly, helpful manner and a sensitive approach when dealing with patients and families.
• Contribute to ensuring patient, staff and public safety through appropriate use of warning signage.
