Job summary

King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Dispensary Manager to lead the dispensary service at Princess Royal University Hospital. You will manage the dispensary team, oversee workload and staffing, and support training and service improvements to enhance safety and patient experience.

The role requires a GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician with substantial hospital dispensary experience and strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be line manager for Dispensary Services staff and ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee stock control and safe disposal of drugs in liaison with Distribution Manager.
